College Kanpur, Assistant Professor Department of Political Science (2009-2013) Government Degree College, Samthar Jhansi.
Dr. Shukla has authored, Coauthored and edited And Co-edited 47 Books and has published around 31 research papers in refereed National, International Journals, edited Books and attended & Presented 56 Papers in National, International seminars. Organized 08 National Seminar.
